Every piece of content we publish reflects the brand. Your job is to make sure nothing goes out that feels rushed, messy, or off-brand. You’ll work from structured shot lists, brand guidelines, and clear direction — executing at a high standard without constant oversight.

Job Summary

The Video Editor is responsible for the final quality and consistency of all video content produced across client accounts, internal brands, and personal brand channels. This role focuses on turning structured footage into clean, on-brand edits that meet clear creative standards and are delivered on time. You will work from shot lists, brand guidelines, and defined formats to ensure every piece of content reflects the quality of the brand.

This is an execution-driven role that requires attention to detail, discipline, and accountability. You are expected to manage your workload independently, apply feedback quickly, and maintain consistency across multiple projects without sacrificing quality. Success in this role is measured by delivery reliability, editing standards, and the ability to scale output without compromising brand integrity.

Your Role

As Video Editor, you are responsible for the final visual output.

You will:
• Translate footage into clean, engaging edits
• Maintain consistency across multiple brands
• Hit deadlines without being chased
• Apply feedback quickly and professionally

You manage your own workload and take responsibility for delivery quality.

Ideal Candidate

You are confident editing fast-paced social content and longer-form video.

You:
• Have strong technical editing skills 🎛️
• Understand pacing, hooks, and retention ⏱️
• Can follow brand guidelines precisely 🎨
• Take feedback professionally and apply it quickly
• Care about detail and consistency

You have experience with:
• Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
• Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube formats
• Organised file structures and clean exports

• Organise footage, projects, and exports properly
• Follow internal processes and naming conventions
• Communicate clearly if something is missing or unclear

📈 Quality Control
• Maintain editing standards across all brands
• Improve efficiency without sacrificing quality
• Flag issues early instead of missing deadlines
