Job Summary
The Video Editor is responsible for producing clean, on-brand video content across client accounts and internal brands. This role focuses on editing short-form and long-form content from structured footage, ensuring every edit meets brand standards and is delivered on time.
This is a focused execution role that requires consistency, attention to detail, and accountability. You are expected to manage your own workload, apply feedback quickly, and maintain quality across all outputs. Success is measured by reliability, delivery speed, and editing quality.

• Applying feedback fast and professionally
• Ensuring content is exported, formatted, and delivered correctly
Ideal Candidate
• Strong technical editing skills 🎛️
• Understands pacing, hooks, and retention
• Comfortable following clear direction and brand guidelines
• Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve

✂️ Editing & Output
• Edit short-form social content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) ✂️
• Edit longer-form videos when required
• Apply brand styles, captions, and formatting 🎨
• Deliver content on time without being chased ⏱️
• Take feedback professionally and apply it quickly
