The Virtual Assistant exists to support the relationship between SocialsGroup and its clients, while keeping day-to-day delivery organised, calm, and moving forward.
You support client communication once onboarding is complete, helping ensure clients feel informed, reassured, and looked after, while internal work stays on track without friction.
This is not a passive admin role.
But it is also not a senior management role.
You are here to support communication, coordination, and consistency, while learning how a high-performing marketing company actually operates behind the scenes.

Job Summary
The Virtual Assistant supports client accounts once onboarding is complete, acting as a key day-to-day contact alongside leadership and delivery teams. Your role is to help ensure communication is clear, timely, and organised, while projects move forward smoothly.
You will assist with client messaging, follow-ups, task tracking, and internal coordination, helping prevent issues before they arise. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients, without needing to “own” strategy or make high-level decisions.
Success in this role is measured by clarity, reliability, follow-through, and client confidence.
Your Role
As a Virtual Assistant, you support the smooth running of client relationships and internal workflows.
You work between:
• Clients
• Internal delivery teams
• Leadership
You help ensure:
• Communication is clear and timely
• Clients understand what’s happening
• Feedback is captured and passed on correctly
• Tasks, approvals, and follow-ups don’t fall behind
You won’t be expected to manage clients independently from day one, but you will be trusted with responsibility as your confidence and understanding grow.
