our department thought our internal teams would handle this sort of thing - but after our discovery call, the penny dropped as to why we don't....

..I didn't think it was going to work for our brand, as I couldn't see a Japanese commercial anywhere - once it was explained that each commercial is created to our target customer, it all made sense.

The commercial brought roughly an extra £9,000 in the first month...
...after posting the commercial and getting 36k views with only a £200 marketing campaign and competition copyright behind it...

The creative is across our entire hotel's internal monitors, email campaigns and socials boosting professionalism and trust to our customers...

We produced an overarching brand commercial for Hilton Woking, designed to capture the full scope of the hotel’s offering in a single, fast-paced visual narrative. The campaign was built to position Hilton Woking as a true alternative to central London venues, highlighting its rooftop terrace, bars, ballroom, restaurant spaces, café, and guest rooms as part of one seamless experience.
Shot across more than twenty locations in a single day, the film was choreographed precisely to music, with every cut timed to rhythm and movement to create a polished yet energetic flow. Three distinct casts were used to represent the hotel’s breadth of use cases: a group of friends enjoying social spaces, a business-focused group aligned with the hotel’s McLaren collaboration and meeting facilities, and a date-night couple experiencing the hospitality and atmosphere.
Beyond the hero commercial, the production generated a wide range of year-round brand assets, including social cutdowns, paid ad formats, and internal screen content used throughout the hotel. Executed end-to-end by CommercialsGroup, from concept and pre-production through to delivery, the project established a clear emotional expectation for guests before arrival and redefined how Hilton Woking presents itself on a global stage.
This project was about proving that you don’t need central London to deliver a complete, high-energy hotel experience, everything is already here.
